Course Contents

Topics to be covered during the course duration include:

• Rooftop Solar PV Technology Overview and Solar PV Modules, Grid-connected Inverter and Site Assessment and Planning, Grid Interconnection and Commissioning Test Procedure, System Sizing
• Rooftop Solar PV Business Models, Project Costing and Economics, National Policy and Regulatory Framework for Rooftop Solar PV and Available Incentives, Rooftop Solar PV Project Financing
• Project Management and Monitoring, Tender Preparation and Evaluation, Entrepreneurship Experience Sharing, Solar PV Plant Visit

Who can attend?

• Target audience for the training would be fresh graduates interested in entrepreneurship, existing entrepreneurs, SCGJ training partner faculties, industry representatives, University faculties teaching entrepreneurship in solar domain, representatives from Government departments related to skilling and entrepreneurship, DisCom engineers etc.
• Selection will be done on first come first serve basis.
• Two batches of maximum 25 participants each will be conducted.
