A workshop on “Monitoring & Implementing Production Sharing Contract” was organized by GERMI, on 8th - 9th of October 2004 at Gandhinagar.
The objective of the two-day workshop was to enhance the knowledge and applications learning regarding the implementation and monitoring of various articles of Production Sharing Contracts (PSC) . The various articles related to contracts, finance, technical, environmental, health & safety, commercial, legal & general obligations of the contract, in order to minimize manpower, material, time & financial resources and to maximize the output, under a win-win situation, between the Contracting Parties and the Government of India. Collaboration for competitive advantage is the cornerstone of public private initiatives.
