Gujarat Energy Research & Management Institute (GERMI) conducted a presentation on “LNG Business Scenario” on July 13 th 2005 at Gandhiangar.

The presentation was headed by Mr. Y.R.Mehta retired Executive Director –GAIL. He also played vital role in negotiation and finalization of Ras Gas to India.

The presentation covered “Worldwide Natural Gas Consumption Scenario”, “LNG role in Gas Market”,
“Global LNG Supply & Demand”, “New LNG Supply Capacity” & “Opportunities for Indian Energy Market”.

The presentation was well received and well conceived by the audience for the knowledge it imparted.
