GERMI has organized a presentation on “Specifics of Deep Waters" by Mr. Gerard Cuvillier, Senior Operation Specialist, Schlumberger on May 7th, 2005 at Gandhinagar. Mr. Gerard Cuvillier has an extensive experience in Deep Water drilling and field development. He had also actively participated in ONGC's deep water drilling Campaign in 1981.

The presentation covered all the activities from exploration to development stage with highlighting merits and demerits of deep water operations. The Presentation also covered world wide scenario of deep water drilling including the success ratio.
