V. Terms & Conditions:

• Registration Deadline: The deadline for submitting a completed and signed registration form, including the demand draft/cheque is Friday, 10th Feb 2012.
• A seat in the workshop is reserved only upon receipt of a signed training registration form accompanied by workshop fee.
• The seats for the workshop will be filled on a first-come-first-served basis.
• Additional aid: All participants are requested to bring their own laptop to effectively undertake the software training.
• Discounts: A discount of 5% is available for groups of 3-5 people, and 10% discount is available for groups of 6 or more people.
• Event Cancellation: GERMI reserves the right to cancel or re-schedule the workshop with a 7 days’ notice. In the event of such cancellation, participants may opt to have the pre-paid fees refunded in full.
• Participant Cancellation: In the event of participant cancellation, only 50% of the course fees shall be refunded, provided at least 7 days notice is given prior to workshop commencement. No refunds will be given in respect to participants’ cancellations received less than 7 days prior to commencement of the scheduled workshop.
• Force Majeure: In case of unavoidable circumstances like Administrative reasons (riots, strike, bandh, agitation, curfew, etc), Natural calamities (flood, earthquake, bad whether etc.), Unavoidable emergency or circumstances with trainer or training place or Insufficient enrolments, GERMI holds the rights to reschedule its workshop sessions. All participants will be intimated as early as possible & they can rejoin the rescheduled sessions against cancelled ones without extra charges. GERMI will not be liable to pay any expenses incurred by the participant’s to attend the training program in case if the workshop is cancelled or rescheduled due to the above circumstances. GERMI holds the rights to take final decision on any of the circumstance / scenario not mentioned above. All disputes are subject to Gandhinagar Jurisdiction.
