The GERMI Research Innovation and Incubation Centre is at a very nascent stage. The best people from the industry and other research centres are identified, approached and hired to plan the research areas and to take new initiatives. The centre plans to emphasise on applied research and innovation. The expertise, experience and knowledge of these are used to solve some of the toughest problems faced either by GSPC or other organisations of this industry.

GRIC is working behind attracting new and talented people on continuous basis. We emphasize on attracting new ideas in any form from anybody, though our innovation an incubation cell. Our expert scientists and engineers turn ideas into workable solutions and then put those solutions into action.

GRIC and its strong relationship with GSPC, GERMI and PDPU, opens the door to the vast intellectual resources of India and abroad.
