Prof. Gopalkrishnan has five years of corporate experience and more than 30 years of teaching experience in various management institutes. He has co authored a Book: Trade Unionism and Industrial Development and has published 40 papers in journals, economic newspapers and chapters in books. He was awarded CRMs Fellowship, IIMA in the year 1986, Won a Prize for a paper Improving Performance in Government , Govt. of Andhra Pradesh (A World Bank Project in the year 1997). Was offered a one year fellowship by University of North Malaysia in 2001. His areas of interests include Energy Economics, Corporate strategy and public policy.
Mr. P. H. Rao
Mr. Rao is backed by thirty-five years of oil industry experience as a seismic data acquisition and exploration manager and exploration and development geoscientist with strong multidisciplinary integration skills and proven record of oil and gas discoveries. Proven experience as an effective and successful project and team leader as well as team member of involving complex geological studies. Possess excellent communication skills, aware of latest state-of-art technologies. Posses sound knowledge of G&G data interpretation on workstations using LandMark and Hampson Russel softwares and lead G&G teams at various levels for interpretation of 3D and 2D data Seismic data for prospect delineation and evaluation. Shri Rao is well versed with various Seismic interpretation softwares.
Actively involved in exploration in Mumbai Off-Shore, Cambay and Rajasthan Basins. Team leader for Techno-commercial evaluation of NELP blocks on offer for bidding during 6th, 7th, 8th and 9th rounds related to Cambay, Rajasthan and Western Off-Shore blocks.

Dr. Syed Zaheer Hasan
Dr. Syed Zaheer Hasan is Scientist Group-IV (6) with the functional title as Principal Research Scientist in Petroleum Research Wing of Gujarat Energy Research and Management Institute, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.
Dr. Zaheer served State Mineral Development Corporation for two years and before joining this institute he served USA based multinational service company where he was involved in laboratory R & D work providing solutions to field related problems and job execution in well cementing and stimulation technology, and chemical quality control for all well operations. Here he applied for one patent towards the new technique to increase the shelf life of one of the well cementing additives.
He obtained graduate, post-graduate and doctorate degrees from Aligarh Muslim University and his research achievements are evidenced by the sanction of post-doctoral research fellowship by the Department of Science and Technology, Government of India under the Young Scientist Scheme. He is Fellow and member of various national and international scientific societies. Besides, he is Editor-in-Chief of International Research Journal of Geology and Mining and member and reviewer of various world’s leading science magazines. Currently he is involved in hydrocarbon research pertaining to basic studies of oil and gas displacement, reservoir properties, drilling and production, and methodologies to enhance the hydrocarbon recovery.
Mr. Santosh Dhubia
Mr. Santosh Dhubia joined GERMI as Scientist-E1 in the year 2013. Mr. Santosh began his scientific research career as a Research Fellow in IIT, Kharagpur. Subsequently he joined Computational Geophysics, CRL, Pune as Scientist. During his stay at CRL for about 3 years, he extensively worked on seismic 2D and 3D reverse time migration (RTM) for the seismic modelling and imaging with various synthetic and real data sets. He, (i) designed parameters and performed RTM of 2D lines from various E&P companies, (ii) performed Seismic modeling studies on SEG/EAGE 3D overthrust model, (iii) implemented and tested the Extended imaging condition to compute the angle gathers for RTM, (iv) optimized the RTM code in terms of data storage using check-pointing technique, (v) analyzed the amplitude versus angle (AVA) behavior in angle domain using extended imaging condition for acoustic and elastic approximations.
Work carried out by Mr. Santosh Dhubia at GERMI is as follows :
Developed software for 2D Reverse Time Migration using combination of CPUs and GPUs, as Principal Investigator of the project funded by ONGC. Performed various optimization schemes and tested the developed RTM using synthetic and real data-sets.
Developed software for Pre-drill Pore Pressure Prediction using seismic velocities named “Seis-P3”as Principal Investigator of the project funded by ONGC.
Implemented a new concept for semblance calculation for velocity picking by utilizing signal envelope, methods for Pore Pressure computation, various crossplot utilities and managed efficient handling of large 3D pre-stack data-set in “Seis-P3” software.
Customized developed software for RTM and Pore Pressure Prediction to integrate with the OMEGA processing software as SFM.
Performed 3D seismic data processing of data-sets in cambay basin using Paradigm’s Echos and Geomage software.
Provided hands on training with team to professionals from M/S CMPDI on 2D seismic data processing and interpretation.

Mr. Santosh Dhubia received M. Sc (Physics) Degree from Devi Ahilya University, Indore and M.Tech (Computational Seismology) from IIT, Kharagpur.
Dr. Abdul Rasheed joined the GERMI as Scientist-C in the year, 2013. Prior to his appointment to GERMI, Dr. Rashid continued his research activity for nine years in CSIR-National Geophysical Research Institute (NGRI), Hyderabad. He contributed various nationally important projects in the field of Geochemistry. He is an expert in the field of surficial geochemical prospecting for oil and gas exploration and geo-microbial exploration.
Dr. Rasheed holds a Masters Degree in Microbiology and a Ph.D. in Applied Geochemistry from Osmania University, Hyderabad. He contributed significantly in setting up a geochemical and microbiological labs useful in oil and gas prospecting. Carried out research projects for organizations like OIDB, DGH, ONGC Ltd, GSPC, GAIL, Reliance and Jubilant Enpro pvt. Ltd. Published 24 nos. of Research publications in various National and International Journals, 16 nos. Technical reports and 17 nos. of Abstracts in various National and International Seminars/conferences and contributed a chapter (Chapter 9) titled “Microbial Techniques for Hydrocarbon Exploration” in HYDROCARBONS, published by INTECH Publishers.
Ms. Priyanka Sen
Scientist during 2013. Prior to joining GERMI, she held a Junior Research Fellow for a period of three years in Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University and worked on Ichnological analysis and its influence to the porosity and permeability of the rock of Umian- Mundhanian, Western Kachchh, Gujarat and she was associated with a project titled Tectonic and structural evolution of Samkhiali, Western India at IIT-Bombay. After joining GERMI, Mrs. Sen is associated with Interpretation of Well Log and 2D & 3D Seismic data using OpendTect Software to understand the subsurface Geology and petroleum systems for both conventional and unconventional resources in parts of Cambay Basin. She published two research papers in SCI Journals.

Mr. K. Ramachandran
Mr. Ramachandran is a Geoscientist, he joined GERMI in the year 2009. After completing his M.Tech degree in Petroleum Exploration from Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad, he has gained more than 8+ years of experience in seismic data Interpretation that include Research as well as industry experience. He is proficient in Reservoir Characterization including 2D/3D seismic interpretation, seismic attribute analysis, and Petrophysics and impedance inversion.
He has published 8 papers in national and international journals and conferences including a peer-reviewed papers in International Journal of Petroleum Exploration and Production Technology of Springer publication. Presently he is working on G&G data analysis of exploratory blocks.

Dr. P.L.S. Rao
Before joining GERMI as a Senior Scientific Officer, Dr. Rao has gained five years of research experience while working at CSIR-National Geophysical Research Institute, Hyderabad as Research Associate in surface and subsurface geochemical prospecting for oil and gas exploration, studies related to paleo-sulphur methane transitions in marine sediments/rocks, isotope studies. He gained working experience on technically advanced equipment, participated various field works. Published ten Research publications in various National and International Journals, six Technical Project reports and five Abstracts in various National and International Seminars/conferences. Dr. Rao received M.Sc and Ph.D. (Chemistry) from Acharya Nagarjuna University, Guntur.
Ms. Annapurna Boruah
Annapurna Boruah is presently designated as scientific officer at Gujarat Energy Research and Management Institute (GERMI), Gandhinagar and participated in well log and seismic data interpretation of R & D projects i.e. to delineate and evaluate both conventional and unconventional reservoir facies from parts of Cambay Basin, South Sumatra Basin of Indonesia etc.
She is M. Sc. in Petroleum geology (2010) and she has accomplished background in well log interpretation, seismic analysis, geological modelling, enhanced oil recovery, structural geology, sedimentology and different areas of petroleum geology. She had undergone diversified training programme in oil industries on seismic data, well log data interpretation and successfully completed one year ONGC collaborative project on chemical core flooding enhanced oil recovery process. She received the award of M. S. University merit scholarship for Ph. D. studies and also best paper presentation awards in many national and international conferences.
Mr. Chintan Prajapati
Mr. Chintan Navinbhai Prajapati is currently working as RA-Program Developer in Software Development group (Data Interpretation Center) at Gujarat Energy Research and Management Institute (GERMI), Gandhinagar. He has earned Masters in VLSI & Embedded Systems Design from GTU PG School, Ahmedabad which is joint collaboration with CDAC-ACTS, Pune and Gujarat Technological University (GTU). He specializes in software Development, High performance Computing, Embedded System Design.
As a part of studying, Mr Prajapati completed this Project “Developing Libraries for Transport Layer of Internet Protocol Suite on CUDA Platform”. During B.E he completed the project “Robotic car control by laptop & GSM based security” which is based on Embedded System. And also completed two small projects (“Schmitt Trigger using Op-Amp” and “Luggage Security System”).
While studying VLSI & Embedded Systems Design, He completed his M.E/M.Tech Dissertation Internship from CDAC-ACTS, Pune. And also completed Vocational Training in Telecom from GMTD BSNL Office – Valsad. He published Research paper on “Developing library for Transport layer of Internet Protocol suite on CUDA platform”.

Mr. Ankit Shah
Mr. Ankit Shah is currently working as Program Developer in Software Development group (Data Interpretation Center) at Gujarat Energy Research and Management Institute(GERMI), Gandhinagar. He has earned Masters in Management Information Systems and Masters in Computer Science from Middle Tennessee State University (USA). He spacializes in Web designing, Software Development and High performance Computing.
While studying Computer science, Mr. Shah earned prestigious EPSCOR( Experimental Program to Stimulate Competitive Research ) scholarship funded by National Science Foundation(USA). As a part of the program, Mr. Shah attended SC12, SC13 and XSEDE13 Conferences & co-presented a poster : "Survey of Cyberinfrastructure in academia and national labs across United States" at XSEDE13. In 2009, Mr. Shah earned 3rd prize in web development competition organized by AITP Nashville. Presently he is working as a program developer for developing software for seismic data interpretation processing.
Mr. Mausam Gogoi
Mr. Mausam Gogoi is presently working as Research Associate at GERMI Research, Innovation and Incubation Centre. He has received his B.Sc. degree in Geology  from Gauhati University, Assam. He completed his Masters in Petroleum Geology  from Maharaja Saiajirao University of Baroda, Gujarat. He has the working experience of engineering construction work in MMS consultancy pvt. ltd. as an assistant geologist and have working skill in designing in Autocad 2D/3D drawing. He has qualified M.Tech in Exploration Geophysics (2015) from Dibrugarh University, Assam. He is having skills in working in various geoscientific softwares viz. Petrel, Landmark, Hampson Russel, ArcGIS etc. He is having experience in working Oil India ltd. Duliajan, Assam where he deals with the E&P Data bank using drilling software OpenWells of Landmark.
Presently he is working in various R&D projects where he do software development testing along with G&G data analysis and interpretation using various software like OpendTect, Hampson Russel etc.
Mr. Uday Kiran
Mr. Kurra Uday Kiran presently working as Research Associate at GERMI Research, Innovation and Incubation Centre. He has received his B.Tech degree in Geoscience  from University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, Dehradun. He completed his Masters in Petroleum Exploration and Production  from Andhra University, Visakhapatnam. Previously he has done project on Delineation of Thin Sands and Channels using Attribute Analysis and Inversion Studies and Well Log Property Prediction Using Neural Network in GERMI. He is having skill in working in Geoscientific softwares viz. OpendTect and Hampson Russel. Presently he is working in various R&D projects where he does G&G data analysis and 3D Seismic Interpretation using various software like OpendTect, Hampson Russel etc.using various software like OpendTect, Hampson Russel etc.
Mr. Uday Kiran
Mr. Amit Ray is having more than 13 years of work experience in E&P industries, his experience ranges from Seismic processing to Reservoir Characterization. He possesses right blend of R&D and industry experience to execute any research oriented as well as hydrocarbon exploration projects.
He has solid background in all aspect of 3D seismic interpretation with emphasis on reservoir characterization and field development. He possesses extensive experience and comprehensive knowledge in seismic interpretation, attribute analysis, rock physics analysis, AVO/AVA analysis, seismic inversion, velocity model building and depth conversion.

Mr. Nanda possess a prominent experience of more than five decades in petroleum upstream industry and has worked with ONGC ltd for more than 37 years making an outstanding contributions in exploration and development of hydrocarbon resources in onshore & offshore basins of India. His sound conceptual understanding of Reservoir Models from study of Seismic data brought him recognition by Government of India and was honored with National Mineral Award in 1987 for his pioneering contribution in the field of Reservoir Seismic. Currently, a freelance Petroleum Geophysicist, he is consultant to several E&P companies in India, a visiting faculty to Universities and well-known Trainer.
Dr. B. S. Joysulu
Dr. Josyulu is a well-known Geoscientist and last served in ONGC as Executive Director and Basin Manager of Cauvery Basin. He possesses about 37 years of experience as exploration manager and G&G data analyst. He is a professional geoscientist having hands on experience on G&G data analysis on workstations for generating viable geological models to help hydrocarbon exploration and development. Being on the position of Executive Director and Basin Manager of Cauvery Basin Dr. Josyulu was looking after entire exploration activities of Cauvery Basin (Onland and Offshore). He Brought out the synrift potential and established Basement as commercial producer for the first time in the Basin. Under his leadership, Basin Adjudged as the best performing basin (Runner up) for two consecutive years. Dr. Josyulu has considerable experience in deep-water exploration and associated with deep-water exploration in KG and Cauvery basin. He has also served as GGM and Basin Manager of Assam-Arakan Basin and Managed the exploration and drilling & Production activities of both Assam Shelf, North Assam Shelf and Assam Arakan Fold Belt. Dr. Josyulu is Highly specialized in the areas of Reservoir characterization and direct hydrocarbon detection using latest technologies in clastic and carbonate depositional environments.
Dr. J.V.S.S.N. Murthy
Dr. Murty is a unique combination of expertise in both geophysical technologies and software technologies. He has experience and expertise in most aspects of seismic data acquisition, processing and quantitative seismic interpretation integrating all available G&G data. Specialized in providing timely solutions for seismic data acquisition, processing and interpretation for which no direct solutions exist(ed) in the (then) commercial software through innovative workflows and induction of new technologies through R&D efforts and software development for which he was awarded National Mineral Award in 2001. He has command on most of the commercial G&G software used in oil industry and guided several software development projects and received ‘Copyright’ from Govt. of India for his Dip Azimuth Transformation software (DATS).
He carried many special studies including velocity modeling, AVO and seismic inversion, attribute analysis, correlation with petrophysical properties and reservoir characterization, improved imaging in thrust belt area through use of passive seismic tomography derived velocities, feasibility study for multi-component data acquisition and processing in Kuthalam area, integration of Sea Bed Logging (SBL) data with well log and seismic impedance to derive porosity and gas saturation in a deep water block etc., leading to value addition in hydrocarbon exploration in challenging areas.
Some of the innovative techniques inducted and software modules developed by him include Coherency time-dip and azimuth cubes (DATS), ‘TuningCube’ (spectral decomposition), RGB Color Mapping of Spectral Components, Quantitative approach for QC of seismic data for acquisition and processing, Correction of acquisition foot-prints and processing workflows for time-lapse study (4D) of Neelam area, methodology and software for re-orienting 3D data and merging of multiple 3D data sets of different orientations and bin sizes, solution to post-stack cross-line static problems through innovative correlation time surface, pre-planning of 3D survey in logistically difficulty areas, forward modeling of seismic data using massively parallel processing GPU technology with CUDA, conversion of angle gathers to offset gathers, Landmark project data import to Petrel etc.,
He has in depth knowledge of software development kits of commercial software and many of the modules developed were integrated as Plugins to OpenWorks/SeisWorks, Western Geco/OMEGA, Petrel.
He published several papers and received Gold Medal for best paper in Geohorizons, SPG-2008 and C&MD Award for professional paper 2000, presented at SPE Brisbane. He imparted technical skills and developed operational competence to hundreds of geoscientists and familiarized interpretation on workstations. He also worked for standardization of seismic-related data for application-independent interoperability and delivered lecture on the proliferation of seismic standards at Geophysics SIG 2009, Energistics, Houston. Conducted regular trainings on “Pre and Post stack time & depth migration, velocity modeling” at ONGC Academy, Dehradun. Mr. Sanjive Mayor
Mr. Mayor possesses a rich work experience in the field of Geology and was associated with ONGC as General Manager where he extensively worked upon areas like Well Site Operations, Production, Exploration and Interpretation, Basin Modelling, Estimation of Reserves, Assessment of Blocks on different sites within India as well as abroad. He also has sound knowledge of Clastic Reservoirs, Shale Reservoirs, Fracture in Basalt / Basement, Structural Modelling and Petroleum System Modelling. Mr. Mayor has been recognized many a times for his meritorious services and has also been awarded ONGC CMD’s Best Paper Award for the paper titled “Sand Distribution Pattern and dispositional model of Kopilli formation (Eocene) with special reference to sequence stratigraphic framework from North Assam Shelf, Assam Arakan Basin, India”.
Dr. Vijay Rangan
Mr. R. Vijayarangan is a well-known geochemist having last served in ONGC ltd as Executive Director and advisor handling the challenging profile of Assist & facilitates the top management in corporate decision making through effective MIS and follow up of implementations. As an advisor he helped the group to focus and expedite exploration and exploitation of High Pressure High Temperature Oil & Gas fields of ONGC.
He was responsible for setting up of major laboratories of Regional Geoscience labs Chennai. He has also created Environment monitoring study capability at IPSEM, Goa which helped the institute to
i. Institutionalise Offshore Environment Monitoring studies
ii. Environmental baseline studies all over ONGC onland areas
iii. Check pollution levels during blow out and other emergencies
He has also Initiated integrated HSE certification processes for all ONGC installations. As head of Regional Labs, Vadodara took the laboratory services to the oil fields of Gujarat and provided solutions to Oil field Water shut off, Effluent disposal, Wax / Asphaltene deposition in heavy oil wells, corrosion mitigation in high temperature wells. Etc., He was a member of the Task force for Organisational transformation when ONGC switched over to Asset based structure. At the Corporate office streamlined the corporate meeting formats and enabled ONGC management in making considered decision on organizational matters. He has also coordinated the preparation of “Perspective Plan 2030” for ONGC.
Mr. S. Bandu Rao Naik
Mr. Naik is having more than three decades of experience in exploration for oil and natural gas and last served in ONGC as General Manager. He was associated at various levels with exploration in Cambay, KG & Cauvery, Assam-Arkan, and Mumbai off shore basins. He bears a rich work experience of Oil exploration which includes key techniques like Seismic Data Acquisition, Seismic 2D/3D Interpretation of Exploration and Development. Mr. Naik is also having good knowledge of several Softwares like Landmark, Petral, Hampson-Russel and reservoir simulation softwares. Mr. Naik also has experience in Training and Development of geoscientists, having worked as nodal officer for knowledge Management of ONGC and was also designated as a Mentor for seismic Interactive Interpretation and a subject matter expert in E-Learning initiatives. He is professionally connected to different learning forums of Geophysics and credits to his name a series of paper published in this field.
Mr. R. K. Upadhyay
Mr. Upadhyay possesses a rich work experience in the field of Geology and was associated with ONGC as Deputy General Manager where he extensively worked upon areas like Well Site Operations, Production, Exploration and Interpretation, Basin Modelling, Estimation of Reserves, Assessment of Blocks on different sites within India as well as abroad. He has also worked as in-charge of KG-Cauvery development group. And during his tenure, reservoir performance and production profile studies were carried out for Malleswaram, Mukamalla ,Kajirangudi, Kesanapalli west, Khizhavallur, Madanam and Nohta-Jabera fields and 11 development locations were released for exploitation of oil and gas pools. Another since 2013 working as in-charge of KG-Cauvery development group.
Mr. A.K.S. Kakani
Mr. Kakani has over 34 years experience in Well Log data processing and Formation Evaluation and has rich experience of working with several companies within India and Abroad namely BG E&P India Limited, Sperry Sun Drilling Services, Halliburton Energy Services, HLS India Ltd., and ONGC. He has successfully managed AFE teams in India and overseas rendering formation evaluation services to different oil and service companies. He has conducted Log analysis courses for logging engineers and students and is currently engaged as Chief Technical Advisor in Varpal Energy Services. He is also associated with HLS Asia as Advisor (Petrophysics) wherein he is leading a team supporting formation Evaluation services to different Oil companies.
Mr. K.S.V.R. Krishna Rao
Mr. Rao has extensive experience in logging operations, Log analysis, formation evaluation, and reservoir characterization for more than 35 years in ONGC. During his service in ONGC ltd he held many a prominent positions with respect to logging function that include In-charge of logging division, Karaikal; Project leader in KDMIPE and Head of log interpretation group in WoB, Mumbai. He has been a trainer and has delivered series of sessions on logging related topics. Post retirement he serves as a consultant and have provided consultancy to different companies namely, Adani Wellspun, Eesh Energy Enterprises Pvt. Ltd., BPRL (GoI- PSU) and Blade Energy, USA.
Mr. D. K. Vishnoi
Mr. D.K. Vishnoi having over 35 years of experience in G & G exploration activities through Seismic Data acquisition and Processing (2D/3D in Time and Depth domain) in our National Oil Company (ONGC Ltd). Got opportunity to work with the state of art & latest technologies and carried outstanding projects and recognized as a responsible & competent professional in Seismic Data processing.
He has 14 years of experience in 3D/2D Seismic Land data processing of different parts of Indian Basins in Time and Depth as independent processor / Project leader /Group leader /Supervisor at GEOPIC-ONGC, Dehradun, India which is a Centre of excellence in state of art technology. He has 10 years of experience in 3D/2D Seismic marine data processing of different parts of Indian Basin in Time and Depth as independent processor / Project leader/Group leader/Supervisor at SPIC-ONGC, Mumbai, India which is a largest production centre of ONGC.
He has handled more than 50 projects from raw data to final product for Land and Marine successfully of smaller and larger size up to 4000 sq km. He had Processed /Supervised 2D/3D Seismic data of overseas (Land & Marine) Viz; IRAQ, IRAN, CUBA, VIETNAM, SERIA, LEBIA, BANGLADESH etc for ONGC VIDESH LTD.
He has different software exposure like Western Atlas of Western Geophysical for Time domain processing, PROMAX-3D, FOCUS/Echos of Paradigm for Time domain processing,
Geodepth suite of software in Time/Depth domain processing, Geodepth-Probe of Paradigm for AVO/Inversion, PGS-Tensor for Time domain processing, OMEGA from WESTERN GECO (Schlumberger) Marine data, Modelling Package: Nucleus: as and when required, Exposure on Petrel for Antracking and Seismic Velocity model building (SVM), Geomage.
He is also associated in QC in QC for Seismic Data Processing by other agencies like FUGRO, London, GXT, London, GXT, Gurgaon, M/s CGG, Mumbai.
He also received various Corporate / Basin Manager awards in recognition of work.
Mr. Mohammad Abdul Haseeb
Mr Haseeb has 35 years of experience, working in Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. He is a highly accomplished team player and has good problem solving ability and efficient turnaround in conformance to top level management expectations. He possesses hands on experience in Exploration and Development of Hydrocarbon in Various Basins of India. He has been Exposed to all kind of Exploration activities besides Development of Oil and Gas fields. He has Good working knowledge on various Sedimentary Basins of India specially in Western Onland and Offshore Basins. He has received high level recognition from Top Management for Exploration of hydrocarbon in south Cambay basin.
He has worked in the field as Wellsite Geologist for about 7 Years as Well site and Shift Geologist in Mehsana Oil fields in North Cambay basin. He has also worked as Field Geologist in Assam for about one year during 1987 to 1988. He has worked as Interpretation Geologist in Assam and Nagaland fold belt between 1988 to 1991. He has worked in Petro physical laboratory and handled Scan Electron Microscope and XRD machine for Evaluation of rock samples from various basins of India. He has worked as Development Geologist between 1992-1996 in Institute of Reservoir Studies Ahmedabad specially for the fields of Eastern Onland and Offshore Basins. He has worked as Expert for Estimates of oil and Gas reserves for about 10 years in Exploration and Development Directorate Dehradun. He has worked as Exploration Geologist in Exploration and Development Directorate Dehradun. For about five years looking after Cambay basin Gujarat.He has worked as Incharge Exploration and Development for Western offshore basin for about two and a half year in Exploration and Development Directorate Dehradun.He has working as Block Manager looking after Exploration and Development of South Cambay Basin in Vadodara.
He has been successful in preparation of inhouse Estimation Software with Programming team. He has also been successful in bringing Exploration of South Cambay to new hights.
Mr. Binod Mudiar
Mr. Mudiar possesses following professional skills :

He has serve as A Domain Expert in ONGC for development of new and marginal fields of shallow water. He has finalised development schemes of several oil and gas fields/Clusters of Western Coast of India, many of which are put on production and the remaining are under implementation. He had been involved in monitoring and coordination of geological operations of various important exploratory wells of Frontier basins.

Mr. Vinod Kumar Purohit
Mr. Purohit has worked in exploration division of ONGC for Up-dation of geological maps and estimation of volumetric in-place of hydrocarbons. He has also worked as Area Manager and had been involved in monitoring of producing gas fields of Tripura Asset, Identifying development inputs for optimal exploitation of reservoirs and meeting the commitments to consumers and preparation of LTGP.
He has visited Tulsa, USA and West Germany in March 1987 for reservoir equipment training and Libiya for identification of their training needs in 2009.
Mr. Dharmik Lay L
Mr. Dharmik Lay L. is a Deputy Manager (HR-Admin) at Gujarat Energy Research and Management Institute (GERMI) Research, Innovation and Incubation Center, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India.
Mr. Dharmik started his career at Gandhinagar in 2001 with (Dorsch Gruppe) (DC India) a leading consulting organization operating in various sectors like roads/highways, bridges, buildings, oil and gas, industrial projects and airports.
For almost over 10 years Dharmik Lay was associated with GSPC Group for various kind of PMC projects on behalf of Dorsch India. He was responsible for overall Administration & HR activities for entire Gujarat region. In 2010, Dharmik join as an Head- HR-Admin in Kunvarji Group (a leading financial & stock broking Co.)
Mr. Dharmik Lay, a Commerce Graduate from Gujarat University holds a Diploma Degree in Human Resources Management with over all 13 years of experience in the related field.
Mr. Prashant Gopiyani
Mr. Prashant Gopiyani is working as PS to Director in GERMI, Research, Innovation and Incubation Centre, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. He worked 10 years with Cargo Motors Pvt. Ltd. as Assistant to Project In-charge at Reliance Industries Limited, Jamnagar and 2 years as Assistant to Vice President-Commercial, Reliance Industries Ltd (through consultancy), Jamnagar.
He holds post graduate degree in literature from Saurashtra University, Rajkot and completed Stenography-Eng. course from I.T.I Jamnagar. Mrs. Sunita Gamit is Assistant in Gujarat Energy Research and Management Institute.

Mr. Nilesh Patel
Mr. Nilesh Patel is working as Executive (Civil) in GERMI, Gandhinagar, Gujarat, India. He did his Bachelor of Commerce in 2004 from Gujarat University. Since May, 2006, he has been working in GERMI and deputed in construction project division to assist to the Construction Site In-charge. He is also supervising the construction activity with respect to the quality as directed by the Site Incharge. The project team had completed as on date the project worth more than 100 Cr. & created State of the Art Institutional infrastructure to facilitate more than 1800 students in the PDPU Campus
Ms. Narinderjit Kaur Sethi
Ms. Narinderjit Kaur Sethi is Projects Officer with Gujarat Energy Research and Management Institute. Ms. Narinderjitkaur Sethi has rich and varied experience and has served UN agency, International as well as the National Non-Government agencies like UNICEF, Spanish Red Cross, Water and Sanitation Management Organisation and Handicap International on the issue of Primary Education, Health, Natural Resource Management, Water Resource Management, Mainstreaming Disability Issues, Inclusion of Persons with Disabilities .She is a skilled resource in community mobilization initiatives and Participatory Rural Appraisals.
Her Bachelors qualification is in Arts (Psychology) with distinction and has a Masters is in Social Sciences from M. S. University of Vadodara. She also holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Industrial Relations and Personnel Management and is presently pursuing Masters in Business Management.
Currently she is spearheading Training Initiative of GERMI. Her work involves Liaison and coordination with Government and other agencies.
Mr. Bhavyajitsinh Hada
Mr. Bhavyajitsinh Hada is working as Sr. Network Administrator (Information Technology
Department) in Gujarat Energy Research & Management Institute, Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
Mr. Hada has been associated with GERMI since March 2013. Mr. Hada look after all IT activity in GERMI like
Management, Maintainance and updating of the Data Storage Room, Hi-end Servers, SAN Storage, Tape
Library, Network Designing, implementation and Maintainance all IT infrastructure.
Mr. Bhavyajitsinh Hada holds Bachelor's Degree in Literature from Gujarat University, holds a

Mr. Haresh C. Shah
Mr. Haresh C. Shah is Senior Accounts Officer in Gujarat Energy Research and Management Institute since 2006.
He has 30 years of experience in the field of Accounts, Finance, Audit, Commercial, Personnel & Administration. He holds M.COM degree & L L B (Taxation) from M.S.U. of Baroda and PGDFM from IGNOU.
Mr. Viral Mistry
Mr. Viral Mistry is working as Executive (Accounts) in Gujarat Energy Research and Management Institute since November 2012. He has experience in the field of Accounts, Finance and Audit.
He has done his Bachelor of Commerce in 2006 from Gujarat University.
Ms. Madhu Choudhary
Ms. Madhu Choudhary is currently managing the Commercial Department of GERMI with main focus on Project Financing, Commercial and Contract Management etc.
Ms. Madhu joined GERMI in the year 2008 and since then worked on various developmental projects of GERMI. During the initial years, she was involved in the New Projects Team of GERMI working on establishing GERMI Research Innovation and Incubation Centre and GERMI Training and Development Centre which involved liaisoning with various Government organizations and departments and coordination with outside consultants hired by GERMI, with an objective of doing the initial feasibility study for establishing these centres and then preparation of the business plan for the Research centre and the Training Centre of GERMI. She also coordinated with various US Universities, for developing international relations of Pandit Deendayal Petroleum University (PDPU) and for inviting them to do various collaborative projects at PDPU.
She is also a part of the Solar Energy Consulting Team of GERMI and working on various Solar Energy Consultancy projects received by GERMI from different clients, for advising them for developing ground mounted or rooftop solar power plants in Gujarat or India. She is working on project management as well as financial/commercial planning of these consultancy projects.
She is also handling the Commercial dealings of GERMI by carrying on procurements for GERMI research labs and managing commercial aspects of other projects.
She has done Masters of Business Administration in Marketing from Gujarat University and Post Graduate Diploma in Financial Management from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies. Currently she is pursuing Executive course for Company Secretaries from Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
